excellent family vacation spot
convenient systempremium spiritsnatural light
i had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. the restaurants were very clean and well-staffed ensuring tables were always ready. i found the qr code ordering system by the pool area convenient. bottled beers were available and premium spirits were provided at the bar.
the room could have used more natural light it felt a little dark. the noise from the nearby road woke me up several times each night. there were issues with the local mosques and bus engine sounds.

the room had comfortable beds and daily cleaning service. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower, and the mini bar was stocked daily with essential items. i appreciated the room's overall cleanliness.

the hotel provided good quality food with variety to suit different tastes during breakfast, lunch and dinner. theme nights added variety to the evening buffet. i thought a la carte restaurants did not meet expectations though.

the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. the hotel liaison was available to assist us throughout the stay. the pool rollerskating service person delivered drinks by the pool and beach.

the hotel has a mix of stone and sand at the beach. the beach offered ample sunbeds. a short walk to the left by the rocks was good. water shoes are recommended.

mixed feelings about the stay
single toiletunfriendly staff
our family room only had one toilet. the hotel was full, so they could not fix this issue, it was a real problem for us. also, some of the hotel staff were not as nice. the pool staff seemed friendlier.

I noticed the food was the same everyday. It became repetitive. There was a male staff member cleaned the women's restroom. I feel its not a place for men and should not happened.
